my cat left us and i tried not giving it too much thought - just a stupid cat, ya know? - but one night it just really dawned on me.. he's gone. and as much as i don't want to, i do care. very much.
at the end of the day letting go is the best decision you can make. we can take things hard or let them go easy, the decision lies in the perception. but only you can make that choice, not anyone else.
my bud's name was Captain and he fit into that name like the asshole/free-spirit that he was.. i'll miss you little buddy :/
